We are thrilled to ship our minimalist essentials worldwide (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

    • Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Cost: $12.95
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, our straightforward return and exchange process is here to help.

Our Policy: We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, all swimwear items (Bikinis, Swimsuit Bottoms, Swimsuit Tops) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a returns authorization and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send your return without this authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item, ideally in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number. Ship it to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once this is complete.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account after we have approved it. The final timing depends on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
