Our Policy

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear (Bikinis, Swimsuit Bottoms, Swimsuit Tops) is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template below for your request.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a returns authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number. Ship the package to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account after we have approved it. The timing depends on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be sent back to your PayPal balance.
